C57BL/6 Mouse Primary Hepatocytes- Fresh Cells
Catalog No. C57-6224S
Suggested Medium: Complete Hepatocyte Medium /w Kit – 500 ml
Catalog No. M1265
Product Description
C57BL/6 Mouse Primary Hepatocytes are derived from the liver of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice. Cells are freshly isolated and shipped in 10-50 ml cell culture medium overnight at 4°C. Cells are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma. C57BL/6 Mouse Primary Hepatocytes are tested for expression of markers using antibodies, ZO-1 by Immunofluorescence Staining. Cells can be expanded on multiwell culture plates ready for experiments under the cell culture conditions specified by Cell Biologics. The plateable cells are derived from pooled or single donor. Viabilities generally >75%.
Laboratory Applications
C57BL/6 Mouse Primary Hepatocytes can be used in standard biochemical procedures include PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, metabolism, drug-drug interaction, drug transporter activity toxicity of drug candidates or cell derivatives for desired research applications.
