RESEARCH ASSOCIATES/ SCIENTISTS in STEM CELL BIOLOGY

CELL CULTURE SPECIALIST

MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST 

The Market Research Analyst shall support the research and analytical needs of marketing, sales, business and product development through conducting research and organizing market data, with the results of these efforts being used to support strategic decision making.

Duties:

- Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales and method of marketing and distribution

- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habit

- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires, or for arranging existing data

- Monitor biotechnology industry statistics and follow trends in cell culture trade literatures and related field

- Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction

- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communication programs and strategies

- Perform other miscellaneous analyst duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mathematics or statistics required, Master's preferred in business, mathematics, and statistics.

- Proficient use of MS Office Tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, etc)

- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
